The Project is inspired by the fusion of Mediterranean culture with Japanese gastronomy. It combines a space where shapes predominate through textures and colors, achieving a sensory experience. The raked sand finishes are reminiscent of a Zen garden, conveying warmth and comfort. Detailed and spot lighting creates a pleasant and functional environment. The use of warm colors and terracotta pay homage to the Mediterranean, thus recalling the origins of the NOMO Group. The organic shapes that surround the place create different areas and corners to eat. The 240m2 restaurant divided into 2 floors has a capacity for 80 diners. The first floor welcomes you with a bar for 13 people that presides over the center of the room. Going down the stairs we find an intimate and well-lit space with tables and a large sofa that coexist with a small private room where groups can be accommodated.
